“Rapid Planning Exercises” for improving planning and communication skills

The “Rapid Planning Exercises” lecture was held following the idea of Mr. Masanobu Endo, a lecturer at the Tokyo Polytechnic University and GLS adviser.
Rapid planning exercises are a technique used for brushing up the planning skills necessary in games design, such as ideas generation, decision-making, and delivery. (Please see here for more details: http://endohlab.org/paper/rapidplanning.pdf)
This is a method that can be used not only in games planning, but also when fulfilling tasks in business or at school. In this lecture, participants —whether students or working professionals— were able to experienced the effectiveness of practical learning.
